Volaris celebrated its international Inauguration route from Cancun directly to McAllen, Texas. This new route makes direct travel between these two popular destinations more accessible.

Fernanda Pereda, Volaris's Sales Manager and Director of Marketing Development in the United States celebrated the day with fanfare and a ribbon cutting!

This new route between McAllen and Cancun will currently provide two weekly travel options: Wednesdays and Saturdays. Everyone looks forward to this route being a crowd-pleaser. Flights between the two destinations are competitive, each offering a different type of visit.

Those traveling from their homes in McAllen can easily reach the amazing blue waters of Cancun. Those who live in Cancun but are also searching for something new will find a quick travel visit to McAllen quite convenient.

McCallen is well known for its outlet stores, discount stores, and other attractions, such as the International Museum of Arts and Sciences (IMAS), where classical music, theater, opera, and ballet are performed.
